The Foundation is dedicated to shaping Nigeria’s next generation of leaders. Guided by Professor Akinyemiju’s belief in mentorship over material support, the foundation offers career guidance and leadership training for young Nigerians.

In 10-20 years, the foundation envisions its scholars as leaders across industries, from school principals to CEOs, setting a legacy of transformation and progress.

Application Submission

Interested candidates submit application essays and are nominated by mentors or educators. This helps us understand their aspirations and commitment to leadership.

Candidate Evaluation

Applications undergo a thorough review process to identify the most promising candidates. Shortlisted individuals are invited for interviews to assess their fit for the program

Onboarding & Training

Selected scholars complete onboarding and training through workshops, mentorship, and an annual competition with cash awards for top leadership and entrepreneurial projects.
